What You'll Be Doing
- Building products with your hands completing manual assembly work with skill, accuracy, and pride in the finished product
- Following the process, then improving it reading and applying standard operating procedures and work instructions to keep quality and consistency high
- Keeping the paperwork tight documenting your work accurately, because good records are what keep medical devices safe and IDE audit ready
- Showing up for the small stuff keeping your work area clean and professional, pitching in on the tasks that keep the floor running smoothly, and taking pride in the details.
- Communicating like a pro reporting progress, flagging issues early, and building trusted relationships with your team and supervisor
- Growing your skillset completing all required training and actively developing the capabilities you'll need to take the next step in your career

What You'll Bring
- An Associate degree or Technical background in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Ambition and a genuine desire to learn the business from the ground up.
- A willingness to get your hands dirty and tackle every task big or small with a good attitude
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with report writing. Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a bonus (especially in medical devices), but not essential we'll teach you the rest.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices is a plus.
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindsrt.
