Job Description

Our client, a leader in the high-tech industry specializing in semiconductor and data center solutions, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Memory Business Unit supporting training and collateral alignment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $54.88

Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours

What’s the Job?

Define and coordinate training and collateral needs throughout the Product Lifecycle Management process.

Collaborate across Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Engineering teams to gather input and validate training requirements.

Assign content creation and presentation responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of training materials.

Track progress and ensure readiness for scheduled training sessions and collateral releases.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.

What’s Needed?

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and influence stakeholders.

Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs, with a background in instructional design or organizational development.

5-10 years of relevant experience in training, L&D, or related fields within the high-tech or semiconductor industry; familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management processes is a plus.
