We’re looking for a Plumbing Area Manager to lead and grow our plumbing operations in Kalispell, Montana .

WHAT YOU’LL DO:Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute plans to grow the plumbing division, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in Northwest Montana
Own Financial Performance: Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability and financial health
Lead Project Execution: Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams across commercial plumbing projects – ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery
Optimize Operations: Manage manpower, scheduling, and backlog while tracking KPIs to maximize efficiency and productivity
Build Teams & Relationships: Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while building strong relationships with clients, GCs, and industry partners
WHAT YOU BRING:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
Proven leadership experience in mechanical/plumbing contracting, with strong knowledge of preconstruction and project execution
Track record managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Effective problem-solver and decision-maker focused on results
Solid understanding of industry codes, regulations, and safety standards
Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
PMP, CM-Lean, or similar certifications are a plus
