Job Description
Painter
Prepare and paint metal parts in a manufacturing environment
Apply coatings, handle materials, and prepare finished parts for shipment
Responsibilities
Clean and prepare surfaces for painting
Mask and protect areas not to be coated
Apply paint or coating using spray equipment
Monitor parts during drying or curing process
Remove masking materials after finishing
Inspect painted parts for quality and consistency
Package and label finished products for shipment
Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs), including overhead work
Work in different positions to ensure full coverage
Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures
Wear required PPE, including respirator when needed
Support production goals and team output
Requirements
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Attention to detail and focus on quality
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in warm or industrial environments
Able to wear and properly use PPE, including respirator
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications
Painting, coating, or finishing experience
Experience in manufacturing or production settings
Familiarity with spray equipment or paint booths
Experience with surface preparation techniques

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00/hr.
