Entry-Level Painter – Job Overview

Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a trade.

We’re looking for an entry-level to experienced painter -no prior professional experience required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Construction experience preferred

Job Description:

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes.

Assist with painting tasks using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Support paint prep work such as masking, patching, and minor repairs.

Learn to mix and match colors to meet project needs.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.

Follow all safety guidelines while working with materials and equipment.

Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00/hr.
