Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

We are an established, physician-led wellness practice in the Boise/Meridian area seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

Clinical Focus

Our providers deliver comprehensive wellness care that may include:

• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Regenerative medicine (PRP and cellular therapies)
• Medical weight management
• IV nutrition and wellness therapies
• Lifestyle and preventive medicine

Position Details

• Part-time (up to 30 hours per week)
• No evenings
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Regenerative medicine
• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Medical weight management
• Joint injections
• Trigger point injections

While experience is preferred, we are willing to train a motivated provider who demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong patient communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license eligible for practice in Idaho
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing a productive daily schedule while delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Collaborative team player
• Passion for preventive, wellness, and longevity-focused care
• Ability to build lasting relationships with patients
