Information Technology Manager
Idaho Trust Bank – Boise, ID
Idaho Trust Bank is seeking an Information Technology Manager to report to the Chief Information Technology Officer and help manage the bank’s day-to-day technology environment. This role is responsible for coordinating the bank’s third-party Managed Services Provider, internal hardware and software systems, data systems, network-related services, and overall user technology experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and internal technology support coordination
- Oversee the bank’s Managed Services Provider relationship and service performance
- Support internal hardware, software, business systems, and user technology needs
- Coordinate system upgrades, issue resolution, user provisioning, and technology rollouts
- Assist with vendor management, cybersecurity coordination, documentation, and disaster recovery efforts
- Work with internal departments to improve efficiency, system performance, and user experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5 years of relevant IT experience preferred
- Experience with managed service providers and technology vendors strongly preferred
- Banking or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and vendor coordination skills
