Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant, based in Boise, ID. This entry level accounting assistant position will support the accounting department at the Idaho State Bar. The job duties are general accounts payable entries to include scanning, data entry, processing invoices for payment, distributing and mailing payments, occasional reconciliation of accounts, and other general office and entry level accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite is required
- Experience with Laserfiche is helpful but not required
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
