What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Pracititoner - Wellness Clinic position at Idaho Health and Hormones?
About Us
Idaho Health & Hormones is a concierge, membership-based hormone and wellness clinic. We built our practice around unhurried visits, deep provider–patient relationships, and genuine clinical excellence — not quick turnover or high-pressure upselling. Our patients stay with us because they trust us with their long-term health, and every member of our team is expected to protect that trust.
The Role
We're seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide personalized hormone optimization and wellness care to our members. This is a hands-on clinical role for a provider who enjoys getting to the root of a patient's concerns, thinks in terms of long-term outcomes, and is comfortable delivering both consultative care and in-office, device- and procedure-based therapies. You'll work within a supportive, collaborative team that handles enrollment and administrative logistics, freeing you to focus on clinical care.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive hormone and wellness care, including evaluation, lab interpretation, treatment planning, and ongoing management of bioidentical and traditional hormone therapy
- Perform hormone pellet insertions and other in-office procedures with skill and confidence
- Administer and oversee IV and injection-based therapies (nutrient IVs, vitamin and peptide injections, and similar)
- Deliver aesthetic energy-based device treatments as part of the clinic's service offering, or be willing to train to proficiency
- Build genuine, continuity-based relationships with a panel of concierge members
- Document thoroughly and practice within Idaho scope-of-practice and applicable collaborative/supervisory requirements
- Collaborate with the clinical and support team to ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Idaho (FNP, AGNP, or related certification)
- Current national board certification and DEA registration
- Comfort and competence with device- and procedure-based therapies — specifically hormone pellet insertion, IV/injection therapy, and aesthetic energy-based devices (existing experience preferred; strong candidates willing to train will be considered)
- Interest or background in hormone optimization, functional/integrative, or age-management medicine
- A patient-first, clinically grounded mindset — someone who values trust and outcomes over volume
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Reliability, discretion, and professionalism befitting a concierge practice
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience in a concierge, cash-based, or membership-model practice
- Established training or certification in a hormone pellet system
- Aesthetic device experience (laser, RF, microneedling, body contouring, or similar)
