Moyie Springs Idaho Forest Group is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our people and daily HR operations. What You’ll Do
- Post job openings, review candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist employees with a variety of situations
- Support team events and activities
- Run HR reports and support ongoing projects
- Provide general support for the management team
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (associate’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or 3 years in office administration
- Basic understanding of HR practices and compliance
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to pass a background check, hair follicle pre-employment drug test, and physical
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay starting at $21.15 - $24.65 per hour (based on experience)

Physical Requirements:
