The Role
Looking to make a meaningful impact with your sunny personality and organizational flair? We want you as our Office Manager & Front Desk Specialist! You’ll be the face of our clinic—greeting clients, managing daily operations, and keeping things humming smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism—first impressions matter!
- Answer phones, manage appointment bookings, and handle front-desk communications.
- Manage check-ins, intake paperwork, and client account tracking.
- Stay on top of administrative tasks: order supplies, maintain organized records, coordinate office logistics.
- Use our tech tools effortlessly to support scheduling, client communication, and file management.
- Create a tidy, welcoming, and upbeat reception area every day!
