Position Title: Material/Parts Specialist (0-12 Months)
Work Location: INTEC
Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4x10’s
Hourly Wage: $39.64/hr
Position Purpose:
Warehouse support staff are responsible for receiving, logging, and distributing both quality and non-quality procured items. Duties include performing complex receipt inspections on quality-related items to ensure compliance with specified standards. Staff must maintain consumable inventory levels in outlying areas and conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and availability.
Accurate data entry and scanning are essential for record retention and tracking the movement of goods. Adherence to safety protocols and proper handling procedures is expected at all times to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Responsibility for customer service is also included, which involves assisting internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues related to material distribution, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders
Additional responsibilities involve distributing spares and consumables as needed throughout the facility. Staff are required to load and unload delivery trucks, including box and flatbed types, and safely operate forklifts and delivery vehicles. The role demands the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):
-High School diploma.
-Working Knowledge of computers; Microsoft office products, inventory tracking system (preferably MAXIMO), and Point of Sale systems.
-Strong written and verbal skills.
-Experience working in a nuclear environment and working with hazardous materials is preferred.
-Hold a current class A CDL license with Hazardous Endorsement.
-Minimum of 1 year forklift experience.
-Clean driving record.
-Applicant must be able to provide a copy of their Motor Vehicle History (MVH).

Position Responsibilities:
-Maintain records and receiving information through data entry into electronic tracking system and hard copy files.
-Customer service.
-Maintain consumable inventory levels.
-Offloading of semi-truck using a forklift or by hand. (Labor Intense).
-Delivery of materials, supplies and spare parts to locations at the site.
-Perform special projects and assignments as requested.
