Perform all Mechanical Maintenance assignments of a trade or craft
nature for which an employee is trained and/or qualified to complete.
Trade/craft assignments can include but are not limited to performing
preventative and/or corrective maintenance activities on HVAC equipment
including air handling units, Chillers, condensers, refrigerant systems,
glycol systems. plumbing repairs. Understanding of various type of
freons, scroll and screw compressors basic understanding of electrical
components. Must be able to read schematics and drawings.
**Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):**
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be recognized as a journeyman
craftsman or trades person or have a minimum of three years\' relevant
commercial or industrial experience in HVAC. Must have Universal Freon
Certification.
