What Youll Be Doing
Keeping our gondolas gliding , ZipRider soaring, and Adventure Park buzzing with excitement
Leading a talented team and fostering a safety-first, high-energy work culture
Managing maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to keep everything running like a dream
Overseeing compliance with safety regulationsbecause fun should always be safe!
Optimizing operational efficiency and keeping our guests' thrill levels high
Partnering with vendors and ensuring our equipment is top-notch
Identifying ways to make things even better because great can always be greater!
What You Bring to the Mountain
Technical Know-How Experience with gondolas, aerial adventure courses, and power generation systems
Leadership Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team
Safety Expertise Knowledge of ANSI B-77, ASTM F2959, and other industry regulations
Problem-Solving Skills Quick thinking and cool under pressure
Budget & Operations Savvy Keeping things efficient and cost-effective
Outdoor Enthusiast Comfortable working in all weather conditions, at heights, and lifting up to 100 lbs
