Regional Human Resources Manager

ICX Group is seeking a Regional HR Manager to join a leading provider of transportation and logistics services supporting operations across the U.S. This position will provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership across multiple operational locations, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, labor relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce planning within a fast-paced, unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader for multiple operating locations, providing both strategic guidance and day-to-day HR support.
• Manage employee and labor relations, including grievance resolution, collective bargaining agreement interpretation, union communications, and related administration.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll activities and maintain employee records through the HRIS system.
• Support HR compliance initiatives, audits, investigations, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, consistency, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
• Travel periodically to support regional sites, leadership teams, employee onboarding, and business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of progressive HR management experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting unionized environments, including labor relations, grievance management, collective bargaining agreement interpretation, and union administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience utilizing HRIS and payroll systems; UKG experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet required security and site access requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or other operational environments.
• Demonstrated success balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support across multiple locations.
