Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and highly capable Marketing Manager to drive and scale our marketing programs in a dynamic B2B industrial-focused environment. Location
This is an on-site position located in the Southeast U.S. region. Travel up to 25% is required for trade shows and visits to operational facilities.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Digital Marketing Management: Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing operations, including HubSpot utilization, email campaigns, social media channels, and website updates.
- Content & Campaign Creation: Create engaging content across various formats (digital and print) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, ROI, and lead quality, and generate data-driven reports for leadership.
- Web & SEO: Maintain and optimize website performance (UX) and content, supporting foundational SEO and paid media initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong alignment with revenue goals.
- Brand & Collateral: Manage creative assets, marketing collateral, vendor relationships, and ensure rigorous brand consistency across all platforms.
- Project Management: Develop marketing calendars, manage campaign timelines, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Proven proficiency in HubSpot (workflows, email marketing, landing pages, reporting) is essential.
- Web Skills: Experience updating basic website content using a popular CMS platform like WordPress.
- Core Digital Skills: Hands-on experience managing email marketing, social media content, and general CMS functionality.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure success and translate data into actionable marketing recommendations.
