Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis across business units related to budgets, planning, monthly results, and financial reporting
- Provide cross-functional teams with financial reporting, KPIs, and detailed analysis to support business decisions
- Partner with internal teams to generate insights and influence business performance
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and trend analyses
- Develop and improve financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small-team, hands-on environment
