What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Assistant position at ICX Group?
We are working with a client in Tampa that is looking to bring on a temporary Accounting Assistant to support the team. This is a part-time role, roughly 20 to 25 hours per week, and they are looking to move quickly.
What you’ll be doing
- Processing timesheets for 50-70 employees
- Accounts Payable including receiving, coding, and entering invoices
- Journal entries and cash receipts data entry
- Light administrative and scanning support
What they’re looking for
- Experience with Accounts Payable and general accounting support
- ERP experience required
- Comfortable working in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- BST experience is a plus but not required
