ICU baby, a Miami-based nonprofit founded in 2014, is seeking a part-time Assistant Director of Development to help strengthen and grow our fundraising efforts in support of families with babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Reporting to the Executive Director, this remote, home-based position will focus on researching and writing grants, identifying corporate funding opportunities, conducting major donor prospect research, and supporting grant reporting and stewardship. The Assistant Director of Development will maintain grant calendars, manage deadlines, collaborate with internal teams to gather program data, and assist with donor communications and development operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has at least 2–3 years of nonprofit development experience with a strong background in grant research and writing, excellent writing and research skills, and a passion for mission-driven work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
