- Create Social Media Content: Develop fun, engaging content featuring our sliders, fries, specialty drinks, team, and promotions.
- Shoot Videos & Reels: Capture and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and other platforms.
- Stay on Top of Trends: Identify trending sounds, memes, formats, and social media ideas that fit the Smalls Sliders brand.
- Manage Social Media Posts: Help plan a content calendar and consistently publish posts across our social media accounts.
- Show Off Our Food: Create mouthwatering food photography and videos that make people want to visit or order online.
- Promote Specials & Offers: Develop creative content around promotions, new menu items, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
- Engage With Our Audience: Help monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement while maintaining a friendly, on-brand voice.
- Bring Fresh Ideas: Pitch creative campaigns, challenges, giveaways, and other ways to grow our audience and increase engagement.
- Track Results: Monitor views, reach, engagement, follower growth, and other metrics to understand what content performs best.
- A current college student or recent graduate interested in social media, marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Someone who genuinely understands Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creative, outgoing, and comfortable coming up with new ideas.
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos using a smartphone.
- Familiarity with Canva and video editing apps such as CapCut is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Someone who takes initiative, follows trends, and can work independently.
Bonus points: Share examples of social media content you’ve created, whether for a personal account, a school organization, a previous job, or a business.
