Job Summary
We are looking for a warehouse worker to join our team. This individual will have opportunities to move up in the company after some training.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts and/or pallet jacks
- Pick up materials and supplies from material suppliers and other companies in the area
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize stock in designated storage areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures and communicate inventory reports to management
- Coordinate shipping logistics by scheduling load & unload activities, managing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
- Support warehouse distribution processes by utilizing Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory management standards.
- Assist with warehouse safety protocols, including proper packaging, order fulfillment procedures, and equipment operation training such as forklift or reach truck certification.
- Deliver materials to crews, or pick materials up from crews
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and pallet jacks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order picking & packing.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments efficiently.
- Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and adhering to international trade regulations.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
