SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Position: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant

Location: New York (Hybrid - 2 days a week)

Duration: 6 to 12 months contract

Note: OTC candidate that is strong leader with the public cloud experience with ATP and advanced ATP, that worked in cpg and available to convert to full time. The soft skills are as important as the technical skills, I want a candidate that is interested in learning and grow not typical consultant role.

Job Description:

We are seeking a strong SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to join our team supporting a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep functional expertise in OTC, ATP, and Advanced ATP (aATP) within the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.

This role requires not just technical excellence, but also strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. We are looking for a professional who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership not a typical consultant role, but someone ready to make a long-term impact and convert to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud OTC processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Integration with Logistics and Finance.
• Configure and optimize ATP and Advanced ATP (aATP)functionalities including Product Allocation, Backorder Processing, and Supply Protection.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define solutions, and align with SAPbest practices for the CPG industry.
• Ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream modules Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, system testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Leverage Public Cloud configuration activities, extensibility tools, and Fiori applications to meet business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support change management, documentation, and end-user enablement activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 years of SAP functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and S/4HANA On-Premises (OTC focus).
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management.
• Hands-on experience with ATP and Advanced ATP (aATP) in S/4HANA.
• Prior experience working in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)industry.
• Solid understanding of integration between OTC, Logistics Execution, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, Business Configuration (CBC), and extensibility in the Public Cloud environment.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in dynamic, cross-functional project environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CPG or Retail-specific OTC scenarios (e.g., Trade Promotions, Customer Hierarchies, and Rebates).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP integrations and public cloud extensibility options.
• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sales or Public Cloud Order Management.
