What You’ll Do
- Administer IV therapy and support other wellness services safely, professionally, and with warmth
- Educate guests on services, memberships, and wellness programs to encourage ongoing care
- Support sales initiatives by highlighting service benefits (earning commission opportunities)
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and safety standards
- Partner with leadership and teammates to deliver a seamless guest experience

- Current and valid RN license (Illinois) in good standing
- Strong IV therapy skills and confidence with venipuncture
- Previous experience in med spa, outpatient, or wellness setting preferred
- Comfort in a sales-driven, guest-facing role with commission potential
- Ability to work one weekend day per week and maintain flexible availability
- Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills
