Design Meets Deployment!
We're looking for a design-savvy Implementation Specialist go-getter to join a fast-moving Proptech team in the Chicago area. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero turning multifamily properties into self-guided digital experiences, no coding required, just a sharp eye and a love for clean, smart design and precise execution.
This is a short-term, temporary role with potential to grow into something bigger. As a Temp Implementation Specialist, you'll work onsite only (no hybrid or remote) and get hands-on with an innovative new platform. If you're fluent in Figma, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love blending tech, design, and client impact, we want to meet you.
As an Implementation Specialist, You Will:
- Translate design templates into fully built digital assets using Figma and Canva (Canva training provided). It's equal parts creative precision, project organization, and visual quality control.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively, bringing strong soft skills to client-facing work, project management, and team collaboration.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during or after deployment with a calm, problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless transition for the client and successful implementation.
- Review builds and refines layouts, ensuring each deliverable meets internal and client standards before release. The work moves quickly, perfect for someone who enjoys a fast pace and clear results.
- Own the QC process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and polish in every deliverable.
- Thrive in a startup-style environment where evenings and weekends may be part of the launch sprint
Your Background
- 1 to 2 years of experience in design, digital production, or presentation design experience (real estate technology, SaaS, or multifamily housing is ideal).
- Figma proficiency required; comfortable learning Canva on the job.
- Keen attention to visual detail and consistency.
- Highly organized, communicative, and reliable under shifting timelines.
- Available to work onsite in downtown Chicago, including occasional extended hours during key launches.

This is a temporary opportunity, working onsite at the client's office in the downtown Chicago area. This is not a 100% remote or hybrid position.
