ICP is seeking a Roof Tile Adhesive Territory Sales Manager for our West Coast Florida market. You will be supporting our roof adhesives products. The Territory Sales Manager will facilitate, create and manage distribution and contractor relationships in the assigned geographic region. You will maintain, service and implement product knowledge and training throughout all levels of interactions, as well as attend contractor and/or distributor events.
The territory covers from Marco Island to Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will live within the assigned territory.

ICP is seeking a Roof Tile Adhesive Territory Sales Manager for our West Coast Florida market. You will be supporting our roof adhesives products. You will maintain, service and implement product knowledge and training throughout all levels of interactions, as well as attend contractor and/or distributor events.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Work with contractors, distributors, consultants, architects, HOA’s & building officials to drive pull through sales.
- Routine distribution visits to review product sales, inventory, merchandising, and branch support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distribution & contractor sales teams. Set up lunch-n-learn, product demo’s, equipment set-up and training events.
- Facilitate and support ICP corporate with needed requests and reports.
- Facilitate contractor & distributor training and promote our qualified applicator programs.
- Plan and deliver instructor led field training programs for prospective, new, and current customers on all residential and commercial roof tile adhesive products.
- Follow up on customer emails, calls, text, quotes, purchase orders, and training request to provide first in class customer support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets & budgets to meet company objectives.
- Partner with all ICP Group divisions and sales team to ensure the best possible service and effective communication is happening to fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting product issues and identify the best course of actions with delivery systems.
- Participate in sales meetings, outer market travels, and tradeshows as required. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
- Two year degree or relevant industry experience.
- Experience selling roofing products and working with contractors and distributors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft office suite.
- Experience conducting training programs both in the field and classroom setting.
- Proven ability to learn then articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Excellent listening, verbal, written, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong technical, mechanical, and understanding of building codes.
- Polyurethane foam experience a plus.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Team player who can work well with both internal and external teams within the organization.
- Ability to travel 50%.
