We’re looking for a Production Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility alongside a supportive crew — not sweating it out in a hot shop or grinding through weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package products that meet our quality standards
- Perform routine quality checks and report any issues to your supervisor
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures (we’ll train you!)
- Keep your work area organized and maintain a safe, clean environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
