Maintenance Technician
Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities through diligent maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure their efficient operations
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and logic controllers.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs.
- Conduct facility maintenance tasks to upkeep the overall condition of the premises.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery and equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, including mechanical parts, electrical wiring, sensors, and actuators.
- Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to maintain efficiency and accuracy, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment as needed for maintenance or repair purposes.
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting machinery issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
