We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Clinical Operations Coordinator is the operational bridge between our physiatry providers, our practice, and our partner facilities. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end setup of new providers and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provider Onboarding: Drive the facility setup process for new providers, including coordinating facility orientations, securing badge/key access, and verifying EMR credentials prior to their first day.
- Equipment Procurement: Order, track, and deliver necessary clinical and IT equipment (e.g., laptops, dictation tools, specialized medical instruments) so providers are fully equipped for patient care.
- Facility Liaison: Serve as the primary communication hub between SNF administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), and our physicians to triage requests and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
- Operational Support: Troubleshoot access issues, answer logistical or scheduling questions, and provide ongoing administrative support to ensure our providers experience a seamless day-to-day workflow.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Professional and confident communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with physicians and facility leadership.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems autonomously.
- Proactive and thorough in completing tasks.
- 1 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical practice operations, or provider credentialing/onboarding.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or post-acute care environments is highly preferred.
- Pay: $19 - $32 per hour (based on experience)
