With all project locations situated within a 10-mile radius of Fenton, you'll stay close to home while staying close to the action.

- Quick turnaround on change orders and milestone reporting

Your Climb, Your Day:
As a Construction and Remodeling Project Manager, you will create and maintain detailed production schedules and coordinate both subcontractors and internal crews based on scope and sequencing. You'll start your mornings communicating with foremen to plan ahead for material and manpower needs, while actively monitoring jobsite progress throughout the week. You'll visit each project regularly, perform milestone quality checks, and make mid-course corrections as needed to keep everything on track. As milestones are reached, you'll submit timely updates to the operations and customer service team-not the client-so that they can manage the customer experience. You will oversee change orders, confirm material readiness in advance, and walk every job at 95% to close strong and protect gross profit.
