Iconic Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Interior Renovation Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan and purchase high-end remodeling projects.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- $100,000 potential annual earnings
- $3M-$4M first-year sales opportunity
- 3% commission on top-line sales
- Uncapped earning potential
- Company-generated leads
- Sell kitchen, bathroom, basement, and interior renovation projects
- Meet with homeowners and guide projects from consultation through close
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of sales, construction sales, or client relationship experience
- Proven sales and closing ability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing project scope, pricing, and budgets
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
