This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO for a Site Safety Supervisor. The Site Safety Supervisor will oversee on-site safety operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Responsibilities include conducting safety audits, training staff on safety procedures, investigating workplace incidents, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to establish site-specific safety protocols and maintaining safety records.

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management practices
• Proficiency in conducting safety training, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Experience in managing safety programs and implementing safety protocols on construction sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse project teams
• Proficient in record keeping, reporting, and using safety management software
• OSHA certification, familiarity with mechanical and industrial systems, or related experience will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for extended hours as needed
