Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in electronic engineering or technician roles
- Strong hands-on experience with electronic components and PCB systems
- Proficiency in surface mount (SMT) and through-hole technologies
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Skilled in soldering, rework, and inspection using microscopes and precision tools
- Experience using diagnostic and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters (DMMs)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BGA (Ball Grid Array) component rework and repair
- Background in prototype assembly, testing, and validation
- Familiarity with building and troubleshooting electronic test stations
- Knowledge of ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes and PCB repair techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced engineering or lab environment
- Prior collaboration with engineering teams on product development or testing
