Project Manager – FinTech Communications & Strategic Initiatives
Location: Hybrid/Onsite
Pay Rate: $60/hr

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communication-focused Project Manager to support strategic cross-functional initiatives within the FinTech organization. This role will drive alignment across Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams while managing the creation and delivery of executive-level communications, presentations, newsletters, and key written materials.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience combined with exceptional presentation, content coordination, and stakeholder management skills. This role sits within the FinTech organization under the CFO umbrella and supports global finance and accounting operations through streamlined, high-quality communications and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for communication and strategic initiative projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource coordination
- Lead project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle execution while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of content related to financial processes, systems, and reporting initiatives
Communications & Branding
- Drive consistency in internal FinTech communications, branding, and presentation standards
- Oversee production of presentations, executive slide decks, newsletters, reports, and strategic materials
- Facilitate review cycles and stakeholder feedback sessions to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear, executive-friendly communications
- Support senior finance leadership with polished, professional communication materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–8 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience managing internal communications, strategic initiatives, or content production projects
- Strong experience creating and coordinating presentations, slide decks, and executive-level materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI and content creation tools to streamline communication workflows
- Exposure to finance operations, accounting processes, ERP systems, or financial data environments
- Experience with project management, presentation, and design tools
- Background supporting corporate communications, branding, or executive communications teams
- Portfolio showcasing project management, presentation, writing, or communication work
- Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms such as PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG preferred
Salary : $60
