Mechanical / Piping Engineers (Data Center) | Houston, TX
We are actively hiring Mechanical / Piping Engineers (3–8 years) for a high-growth data center expansion project in Houston. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting large-scale buildouts and additions to existing hyperscale facilities, with multiple openings available due to rapid project growth. The team is moving quickly, as project timelines are behind schedule, so we’re looking for engineers who can step in and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced EPC environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting mechanical and piping design across data center projects
- Reviewing and approving engineering drawings and calculations
- Performing piping stress analysis (CAESAR II, NozzlePro, FEPipe)
- Developing key deliverables (MTOs, BOMs, datasheets, line lists)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams through design, construction, and commissioning
- Troubleshooting field and installation issues and supporting project execution
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of Mechanical / Piping Engineering experience (strict requirement)
- Strong EPC / modular engineering design background (required)
- Experience with piping systems, routing, and stress analysis
- Data center experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Proficiency with CAESAR II, NozzlePro, and FEPipe
Compensation
- $90K – $135K base salary
- Bonus potential up to 20%
