Business Process Analyst

🚨 Now Hiring: Senior Business Process Analyst ($75/hr) – WFH (Houston Area Only) !

We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team in a remote role, with the requirement to attend monthly onsite meetings in Sugar Land, TX. This role focuses on collaborating with subject matter experts to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technical solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate requirements and user stories into functional solutions
• Develop and support scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
• Build responsive front-end solutions across multiple platforms
• Ensure solutions are deployable, operable, and secure by default
• Apply usability best practices based on product and customer needs

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with .NET / ASP.NET MVC
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end practices
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSMS
• Familiarity with Azure development and cloud deployments
• Experience building scalable and secure web applications
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with Docker
• Experience with Node.js, Gulp, and build tools
• Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools
• Experience with VS Code, .NET SDK 8.0, DBeaver

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience with .NET and Azure technologies

📍 Location Requirement: Houston-area candidates only (must commute to Sugar Land monthly)
