Corporate Actions Analyst
Schedule: M-F Standard Business Hours

Employment Type: 3-5 Month Contract
Job Summary
Under immediate supervision, the Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for analyzing and posting corporate action events, coordinating voluntary corporate action responses, and ensuring accuracy within both the Investment Books of Records (IBOR) and Accounting Books of Records (ABOR). This role collaborates with internal clients and global Invesco corporate action teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and support operational needs. The Analyst will also contribute to departmental projects and continuous process improvements within Investment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide voluntary corporate action responses to custodians or relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collect, compile, analyze and verify corporate action information from multiple internal and external data sources.
- Record corporate action details in applicable systems and complete thorough self-review for accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and support for all corporate action records.
- Respond to inquiries from internal clients, auditors, Investment personnel and other Invesco business units.
- Support and complete special projects as assigned.
Contribute to ongoing improvements within daily team processes.
Qualifications
- Corporate actions or asset servicing experience
- Experience with IBOR/ABOR or investment operations
- Strong analytical verification skills
- Ability to record events into systems with high accuracy
- Experience handling financial documents or custodian data
- Strong documentation communication skills
- Deadline-driven processing environment experience
