Security Clearance
- Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
- Enter financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or Standard Procurement System.
- Support Senior Financial Analyst in the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives, and various analysis as directed.
- Experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) is preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience supporting a Navy Program.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
