Security Clearance
Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Draft letters, correspondence, documentation for multiple customer/country FMS cases at the Case Manager's direction.
- Conduct research and analysis for the development of Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA).
- Provide supporting documentation and prepare documentation for implementation, execution, reconciliation, and closure of FMS cases.
- Provide data and prepare briefs and reports including case, RSN, PDLI summaries, Program Management Review (PMR) documentation and presentation materials/briefs, and country correspondence.
- Support research and analysis functions, Research case data associated with FMS eligible equipment, systems, and materials.
- Provide administrative or technical project assistance by performing document preparation or other office duties such as directed by case managers.
- Desired not required at least one (1) year of Navy Foreign Military Sales experience.
- Ability to work and interact with others in a structured/team environment.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with external clients and team members.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent research skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's Degree, or minimum 2 years equivalent relevant work experience.
