Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Council Bluffs, IA, for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage warehouse activities, supervise and lead staff, and ensure the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and accuracy. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory operations, implementing process improvements, and preparing performance reports to support the effective functioning of the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively
• Expertise in Operations and Operations Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day facility activities
• Proven Analytical Skills to monitor processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement successful solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge of best practices in warehouse management and cold storage operations
• Experience with inventory management systems and processes
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in cold storage, warehouse, or food distribution operations is a plus
