Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3 days on site).
I'm partnered with a highly regarded, global professional services firm seeking a new human resources associate. They are looking for a true generalist who can provide support to the HR director in continuing the growth and development of their HR function in the Americas region, headquartered in Manhattan.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the Americas region
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Provide support across payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities
- Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling where required
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR reporting and data management
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
- Partner with internal stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership and functional teams
- Ensure HR processes are delivered professionally and in line with company policies and employment regulations
The successful candidate MUST have:
- 3 years of HR experience at a professional services/ consulting firm
- Exposure to multiple HR disciplines including payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- A professional, polished, and highly organised approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
