ICEBAR Orlando is seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and excited to learn the ins and outs of event planning at one of Orlando’s most unique venues.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate event details including menus, vendors, and event enhancements
- Be on-site to ensure smooth execution of events from start to finish
- Research conventions and local opportunities to help drive new business
- Become proficient in event management systems
- Assist with themed promotions, marketing campaigns and VIP sales
- Act as a liaison between the Director of Sales, staff, clients, and vendors
- Represent ICEBAR Orlando at industry events and networking opportunities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
