Ice Cream Factory has a solid-gold opportunity for a few good people to make the industry's best ice cream. In the last 4 years, our ice cream has become available in 17 states at over 2,000 retail locations and is poised to become bigger than Ben & Jerry's in the not so distant future.
An Ice Cream Factory HR manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of our organization, such as recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. You will also develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values, and ensures that employees are treated fairly and respectfully. You will also works closely with department heads, and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
