ICCU’s mission is to help our members achieve financial success. As a Deposit Services Specialist, you will assist in the maintenance and servicing of all Deposit Accounts for our members.
At work, your Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily processing.
- Conducting account research.
- Processing advanced transaction types.
- Working with vendors and partners to complete tasks.
- Applying details of regulations and compliance.
- Writing and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Assisting in credit union training.

- An understanding of basic computer software and program navigation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.
You must be eligible for membership at Idaho Central Credit Union to obtain employment.
