Senior Project Manager, IT
The Senior Project Manager position is responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and managing technical projects within budget. The SR PM must be aware of client needs, company goals, and employee coordination to bring a project to completion. Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Healthcare technologies, applications, and services. Must be able to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time. This hands-on position is perfect for a skilled project manager who enjoys working with teams, developing, curating, and iterating projects.
Responsibilities
- Works with CTO to understand project goals, priorities, and strategies.
- Agile Project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methods, capable of reviewing code. Good understanding of AWS architectures and security.
- Experience with BI projects, data management, and Analytics QA techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain and coordinate technical details.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Healthcare
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Information technology and both internal and external customer service
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, SQL, and other programming languages.
- Experience with Data warehousing and BI.
- Agile certifications are a plus
