Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment & Planning – Perform FBAs and skill assessments; create and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals.
- Supervision & Training – Provide competency‑based coaching to RBTs/BTs; model best practices and ensure procedural fidelity.
- Data‑Driven Program Management – Review session data weekly, adjust programs, and maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
- Family & Stakeholder Collaboration – Deliver parent training, coordinate with SLPs/OTs/educators, and communicate progress to funding sources.
- Quality & Compliance – Uphold BACB Ethics Code and state regulations; participate in audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Active BCBA and LBA certification in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 2 years supervising ABA services for individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with evidence‑based teaching methods (DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior) and digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks and health clearances.
