As a BCBA, you'll lead with compassion and precision, guiding care recipients and caregivers through meaningful, evidence-based interventions. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, RBTs, and interdisciplinary partners to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect iCare Therapy's commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
- Develop, update, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with clear, measurable goals.
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
- Lead caregiver training that builds confidence, understanding, and carryover across home and community settings.
- Review treatment data regularly and adjust programs to maintain steady, meaningful progress.
- Active BCBA certification and eligibility for North Carolina LBA licensure.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or related field.
- 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Expertise in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Verbal Behavior (VB).
- Experience with digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink).
- Clear communication, empathy, and a collaborative approach to supporting caregivers and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong ethical foundation and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Competitive salary: $115,000 annually
