- Assists facility Recreation Director with all department activities.
- Participates, organizes, and implements daily social and therapeutic activities and events.
- Participates in all applicable training and development sessions related to resident activities or related training.
- Active TRD Certification or actively enrolled in a TRD Certification program, preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as an activity assistant
