Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge necessary for licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including disposing of waste and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Promote patient independence and autonomy while ensuring their safety and well-being
- 0 years of experience as an LNA Trainee or related role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Part-time position with opportunities on all shifts once licensed
- Bennington, Vermont location

- LNA Students will receive a total bonus of $1,700 paid in weekly installments for attending the LNA Class
