ICA Language Services is seeking a Spanish language instructor to teach an in-person class at our facility in Rosslyn, VA. Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience teaching Spanish to adult learners in a proficiency-oriented environment.

- Training days: Monday - Friday
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of experience teaching adult students in a proficiency oriented setting
- Bachelor’s degree in foreign language, linguistics, language teaching, or a related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in the Spanish language
- Experience integrating technology and online resources into teaching
- Knowledge of the ILR scale
Essential duties:
- Plan and conduct target-language instruction using a variety of teaching techniques and approaches to develop students’ listening, reading, and speaking skills
- Administer weekly quizzes and assessments, and conduct informal and formal evaluations to monitor student learning progress
- Provide monthly written progress reports to the supervisor and collaborate on plans to address any identified issues
- Maximize the use of instructional technology and online learning resources to support independent learning
- Adapt teaching techniques and approaches to students’ individual learning styles and professional needs
