About the role:
The position is responsible for generating revenue by selling sponsorship packages— including speaking roles, branding, exhibit space, and bespoke partnerships — to senior-level executives across various industries. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to communicate value clearly and confidently.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and close new sponsorship opportunities across multiple events through cold and warm outreach
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through strong relationship building
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Develop customized partnership proposals tailored to client objectives
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Strong candidates will have experience in either conference sponsorship sales or in either of our industry verticals: finance/investments or retail/ecommerce, and be looking for a client-facing position with a heavy focus on outreach.
